We understand that claims are an inconvenience and we will do our best to facilitate a timely resolution. Once completed, your claim will be submitted to all applicable parties who will then undertake their own investigation to resolve the claim. You should receive acknowledgement of your claim within 30 days of presentation with a final resolution taking no longer than 120 days.
Carriers reserve the right to inspect and/or pickup the damaged unit(s) in support of their investigation. Please retain any documents, packaging, pictures and any other materials that may be applicaable in support of this claim.
